These are a favourite with kids, they have no flour and only a small amount of honey. Great for getting some extra vegetables into your kids as well.
6 carrots cooked
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup LSA
4 tablespoons Cacao powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
½ cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons honey
1-tablespoon coconut oil
Dark semi-sweet chocolate (optional)
Preheat oven to 200 C and grease an oven tray with a little butter or coconut oil.
Put all the ingredients into a mixer or food processor and mix until well combined.
Using a spoon place cookie dough on oven tray.
Place into oven and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until golden.
Place on a rack to cool.
Optional: When the biscuits are cool, drizzle with a little dark chocolate.
