Through empowerment and education, we offer hope to women and girls struggling with mental health issues and advocate the importance of looking after your mental health every day.
We are passionate about helping as many women and girls as we can be kind to their minds. We all have mental health just as we have physical health. We at Her Mind look at health holistically and are dedicated to educating women and girls on how to look after their mind fitness every day just like their physical fitness. We are passionate about creating change, strive to dispel myths and stigma around mental health issues, and we speak up about exactly HOW to improve your mental health.

What We Do
Her Mind is a registered charity (Charity Services NZ CC59641), founded in 2022 by Holly Cuthbert. This charity was founded because of her passion to help other women and girls struggling with mental health. We at Her Mind help others through actionable education specifically tailored to women and girls to help look after their mental fitness every day. We educate and inspire through our four pillars of good mental health: movement, nutrition, lifestyle and living well. We do this by offering the tools and guidance needed for anyone seeking to understand or overcome poor mental health and by public speaking engagements where we share stories, knowledge, actionable tips, and personal experience. We continue our work by creating workshops and talks in schools and workplaces and organising charitable fund-raising events. We aim to raise funds to provide free counselling for all women and girls in Aotearoa New Zealand.
Help us help others
We love helping people! Through our own lived experiences, we know what it is like to have poor mental health. We know how important it is to use our past experiences and knowledge to provide hope to those struggling. We want to keep helping people, this is our passion and our purpose. We want to keep saving lives and creating change. Your financial contribution can help us do this. You can help support our vision. ANY amount is very much appreciated. ALL proceeds go towards our mission. Thank you. DONATE
